PARTICIPANT TERMS & EVENT POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This Participant Terms & Event Policy (“Policy”) is issued by COVE ESPORT SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 201701038081 / 1252252-K), trading as COVE CIRCUIT (“Organiser”).
1.2 This Policy governs participation in the UNLEASHED Youth Simracing Championship 2026 (“Championship” or “Event”), including registration, attendance, eligibility, payment, refunds, check-in, conduct, safety, media rights, personal data, liability, cancellation, postponement, prizes, and general event administration.
1.3 This Policy applies to all participants, finalists, attendees, guests, crew members, invited parties, partners, media, suppliers, and any person participating in or attending any official UNLEASHED 2026 activity.
1.4 The sporting format, race settings, scoring, penalties, stewarding, race procedures, points, seeded groups, and competition procedures are governed by the separate UNLEASHED 2026 Competition Rulebook / Sporting Regulations.
1.5 In the event of conflict between this Policy and the Competition Rulebook, this Policy shall prevail on legal, administrative, payment, refund, safety, eligibility, conduct, data, media, and liability matters. The Competition Rulebook shall prevail on sporting and race-format matters.
1.6 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
1.7 By registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, each Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, the Competition Rulebook / Sporting Regulations, the Privacy Notice / PDPA Notice, Media Release terms, and any official instructions or bulletins issued by the Organiser.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 “Championship” or “Event” means the UNLEASHED Youth Simracing Championship 2026.
2.2 “Organiser” means COVE ESPORT SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 201701038081 / 1252252-K), trading as COVE CIRCUIT.
2.3 “Participant” means any individual who registers for, competes in, attends, assists with, or takes part in any Event activity.
2.4 “Official Qualifier Session” means a scheduled qualifier session designated by the Organiser as an official qualifying attempt for leaderboard ranking.
2.5 “Practice Session” means any gameplay, training, warm-up, casual session, private session, or normal Cove Circuit gameplay that is not expressly designated as an Official Qualifier Session.
2.6 “Competition Area” means any physical or digital space where official Event activities are conducted, including simulator rigs, check-in areas, briefing areas, stage areas, waiting areas, production areas, technical areas, and any restricted area designated by the Organiser.
2.7 “Equipment” means any simulator rig, console, screen, pedal set, steering wheel, seat, computer, network equipment, game software, timing system, peripheral, cable, or device used in connection with the Event.
2.8 “Race Control” means the officials appointed by the Organiser to manage race operations, timing, stewarding, penalties, disputes, and enforcement.
2.9 “Official ID” means an original identification or immigration document accepted by the Organiser for identity and eligibility verification, including:
(a) MyKad;
(b) MyPR;
(c) passport;
(d) valid Malaysian Student Pass;
(e) valid Malaysian Employment Pass;
(f) valid Malaysian Dependant Pass;
(g) valid Malaysian Long-Term Social Visit Pass;
(h) valid Malaysian Residence Pass;
(i) valid MM2H Pass; or
(j) any other valid Malaysian immigration pass or official document accepted by the Organiser.
2.10 “Championship Weekend” means the official final-stage event period currently scheduled for 13 November 2026 to 15 November 2026, location to be confirmed by the Organiser.
2.11 “Previous Category Champion” means any Participant who has previously won first place in any UNLEASHED competition category in a previous season.
3. EVENT STRUCTURE
3.1 UNLEASHED 2026 consists of:
(a) Official Qualifiers;
(b) Championship Weekend;
(c) Semi-Finals;
(d) Grand Final;
(e) related briefings, practice sessions, media sessions, sponsor activations, photo sessions, public activations, and other official Event activities announced by the Organiser.
3.2 The Championship has two competition categories:
(a) Male Youth;
(b) Female Youth.
3.3 The Top 20 eligible Participants from each category, based on official qualifier ranking, shall advance to the Championship Weekend, subject to verification and compliance with this Policy and the Competition Rulebook.
3.4 The Championship Weekend is currently scheduled as follows:
(a) 13 November 2026: Practice, briefing, media, registration, verification, or official preparation activities, subject to confirmation;
(b) 14 November 2026: Semi-Finals, subject to confirmation;
(c) 15 November 2026: Grand Final, subject to confirmation.
3.5 The Championship Weekend venue is to be confirmed.
3.6 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Championship Weekend schedule, activities, venue, session timing, or format by official announcement.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Participants must be aged 18 to 24 as of 13 November 2026.
4.2 Participants must be:
(a) Malaysian citizens;
(b) Malaysian permanent residents; or
(c) non-citizens who are legally residing in Malaysia under a valid Malaysian long-term immigration pass accepted by the Organiser.
For clarity, accepted long-term immigration passes may include a valid Student Pass, Employment Pass, Dependant Pass, Long-Term Social Visit Pass, Residence Pass, MM2H Pass, or any other Malaysian immigration pass accepted by the Organiser.
Tourist visas, short-term visit passes, temporary tourist entry, and short-term travel status are not accepted unless expressly approved by the Organiser in writing.

4.2A Non-citizen Participants must ensure that their immigration pass remains valid throughout the relevant Event period, including the Official Qualifier Session and, if qualified, the Championship Weekend.

4.2B If a non-citizen Participant’s immigration pass expires before the Championship Weekend, the Participant must provide proof of valid renewal or updated immigration status before being allowed to advance, compete, or claim any prize.

4.2C The Organiser may reject, cancel, or disqualify any registration if the Participant’s immigration status cannot be verified, has expired, appears inconsistent, or is not accepted by the Organiser.

4.3 Participants must register under the correct competition category.
4.4 Previous UNLEASHED category champions are not eligible to compete again in future seasons of UNLEASHED, unless the Organiser expressly decides otherwise in writing.
4.5 For UNLEASHED 2026, the following previous category champions are not eligible to participate:
(a) DHANESH WIGNESWARAN, UNLEASHED 2025 Male Youth Champion;
(b) NUR AQILAH NAJWA, UNLEASHED 2025 Female Youth Champion.
4.6 Any Previous Category Champion who registers, purchases a ticket, attends, checks in, competes, records a lap time, advances, or attempts to claim any ranking or prize despite being ineligible may have their registration cancelled, result voided, ranking removed, advancement cancelled, and prize forfeited.
4.7 Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information.
4.8 Participants must produce their original Official ID for verification when requested by the Organiser.
4.9 Photocopies, screenshots, photographs, scans, digital copies, unofficial copies, or soft copies of identification documents will not be accepted for check-in or eligibility verification unless expressly approved by the Organiser in writing.
4.10 The Organiser may refuse registration, cancel registration, refuse entry, disqualify a Participant, withhold prizes, void results, or remove a Participant from the Event if the Participant:
(a) is ineligible;
(b) is a Previous Category Champion and is not permitted to participate;
(c) provides false, incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, or suspicious information;
(d) fails to produce an original Official ID;
(e) registers under the wrong category;
(f) registers under multiple identities;
(g) uses multiple emails, phone numbers, accounts, payment methods, or ticket orders to bypass the session limit;
(h) transfers a ticket without approval;
(i) breaches this Policy;
(j) breaches the Competition Rulebook;
(k) acts in a manner that the Organiser considers harmful to the integrity, reputation, safety, fairness, or operation of the Event.
4.11 The Organiser’s determination on eligibility, identity, category, previous champion status, registration validity, and participation rights shall be final, subject to applicable Malaysian law.
5. REGISTRATION, TICKETS, AND FEES
5.1 Registration must be completed through the official registration platform or any other method approved by the Organiser.
5.2 The registration fee is RM10 per Official Qualifier Session.
5.3 Each Participant may register for up to two (2) Official Qualifier Sessions only across all qualifier dates.
5.4 Registration is personal to the Participant and is not transferable unless expressly approved by the Organiser in writing.
5.5 A Participant may not sell, transfer, assign, exchange, share, or give their registration or ticket to another person without the Organiser’s written approval.
5.6 Any additional registrations beyond the permitted two (2) Official Qualifier Sessions may be cancelled, voided, disregarded, or treated as a breach at the Organiser’s discretion.
5.7 The Organiser may treat multiple registrations made under different emails, phone numbers, accounts, names, payment methods, or other details as registrations by the same Participant if the Organiser reasonably determines that they relate to the same person.
5.8 Registration fees are non-refundable, except where the Organiser decides otherwise at its sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
5.9 No refund shall be provided for:
(a) withdrawal by the Participant;
(b) no-show;
(c) late arrival;
(d) failure to produce original Official ID;
(e) wrong category registration;
(f) duplicate registration;
(g) invalid registration;
(h) ineligible registration;
(i) previous champion ineligibility;
(j) disqualification;
(k) breach of this Policy;
(l) breach of the Competition Rulebook;
(m) failure to comply with Organiser or Race Control instructions;
(n) loss of personal availability;
(o) personal scheduling conflict;
(p) mistake made by the Participant during registration.
5.10 The Organiser reserves the right to reject, cancel, review, suspend, or investigate any registration for operational, eligibility, payment, integrity, security, safety, or compliance reasons.
5.11 Ticket purchase does not guarantee participation if the Participant fails eligibility verification, check-in requirements, identity verification, conduct requirements, or any other condition under this Policy or the Competition Rulebook.
5.12 Registration by an ineligible person, including a Previous Category Champion, does not create any right to participate, compete, advance, receive a refund, or claim any prize. The Organiser may cancel or void such registration at its discretion.
6. QUALIFIER DATES AND LOCATIONS
6.1 The Official Qualifiers are scheduled as follows:

Venue: Cove Circuit Cyberjaya
Sessions: Session 01 to Session 08
Qualifier Day 2:
Date: 11 October 2026
Venue: Cove Circuit Cyberjaya
Sessions: Session 09 to Session 16
Qualifier Day 3:
Date: 17 October 2026
Venue: Cove Circuit Bandar Sunway
Sessions: Session 17 to Session 24
Qualifier Day 4:
Date: 18 October 2026
Venue: Cove Circuit Bandar Sunway
Sessions: Session 25 to Session 32
6.2 Each qualifier day is scheduled from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a break and reset period from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
6.3 The Organiser may modify session times, locations, format, capacity, seating, category allocation, or schedule for operational, technical, venue, safety, sponsor, force majeure, legal, or other valid reasons.
7. CHECK-IN AND ATTENDANCE
7.1 Participants must arrive at least twenty (20) minutes before their registered Official Qualifier Session.
7.2 Participants must present their registration confirmation and original Official ID during check-in.
7.3 Late arrival may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
7.4 The Organiser may, but is not obliged to, move a late Participant to another session if capacity and operations allow.
7.5 Participants must attend briefings, instructions, verification procedures, and administrative checks required by the Organiser.
7.6 Failure to check in, failure to attend a briefing, failure to follow instructions, or failure to be present when called may result in cancellation, forfeiture, removal, or disqualification.
7.7 The Organiser may refuse entry to any person who fails verification, behaves aggressively, appears intoxicated, appears unwell, creates disruption, or poses a risk to safety, reputation, or event operations.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
8.1 Participants must conduct themselves respectfully, honestly, and professionally at all times.
8.2 Participants must not engage in:
(a) harassment;
(b) abuse;
(c) threats;
(d) hate speech;
(e) discriminatory conduct;
(f) intimidation;
(g) bullying;
(h) physical aggression;
(i) vandalism;
(j) cheating;
(k) manipulation of Equipment;
(l) disruption of Event operations;
(m) abusive or defamatory public comments toward the Organiser, sponsors, staff, officials, participants, venue owners, partners, media, or suppliers.
8.3 Participants must comply with instructions from the Organiser, Race Control, marshals, venue staff, security personnel, production crew, and appointed officials.
8.4 Participants must not damage, tamper with, disconnect, modify, or interfere with Equipment.
8.5 Participants must not bring alcohol, illegal substances, controlled substances, weapons, dangerous items, or prohibited items into the Competition Area.
8.6 Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the Competition Area unless permitted by venue rules in designated areas.
8.7 The Organiser may issue warnings, remove Participants from the venue, cancel registrations, disqualify Participants, withhold prizes, ban Participants from future events, or refer serious matters to the relevant authorities.
8.8 Participants must not publish false, misleading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harmful statements about the Event, Organiser, sponsors, officials, participants, venue, or partners.
8.9 Participants remain responsible for their own conduct both onsite and online.
8.10 The Organiser may take action against conduct occurring outside the venue if such conduct affects the Event, participants, staff, sponsors, partners, reputation, safety, or integrity of the Championship.
9. FAIR PLAY AND INTEGRITY
9.1 Participants must compete fairly.
9.2 The following are strictly prohibited:
(a) use of software hacks;
(b) use of macros;
(c) use of unauthorised input devices;
(d) hardware modification;
(e) controller or peripheral manipulation;
(f) ghost inputs;
(g) account sharing;
(h) impersonation;
(i) collusion;
(j) match-fixing;
(k) deliberate performance manipulation;
(l) intentional obstruction;
(m) bribery;
(n) betting or wagering on Event outcomes;
(o) manipulation of game settings;
(p) any action intended to create an unfair advantage.
9.3 The Organiser may inspect equipment, registration records, gameplay data, footage, timing records, social media content, communications, and participant conduct at any time.
9.4 Any suspected integrity breach may result in immediate investigation, suspension, disqualification, prize forfeiture, removal from the Event, or reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
9.5 The Organiser is not required to prove intent beyond all doubt. The Organiser may act where it reasonably determines that a Participant’s conduct threatens the integrity, fairness, reputation, or operation of the Event.
10. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND VENUE RULES
10.1 Participants acknowledge that attendance at physical events carries inherent risks, including crowd-related risks, physical strain, equipment-related risks, slips, trips, falls, screen exposure, stress, and emergency situations.
10.2 Participants warrant that they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
10.3 Participants must disclose any relevant medical condition that may affect their ability to participate safely, including but not limited to photosensitive epilepsy, motion sickness, heart condition, dizziness, anxiety triggered by competition, or any condition triggered by screens, lights, stress, or prolonged sitting.
10.4 Participants must use Equipment responsibly and follow all safety instructions.
10.5 Closed-toe footwear may be required in the Competition Area.
10.6 The Organiser may refuse participation if a Participant appears unwell, unsafe, intoxicated, aggressive, or otherwise unfit to participate.
10.7 The Organiser will take reasonable steps to manage event safety, but Participants remain responsible for their own personal belongings, conduct, and physical readiness.
10.8 Participants must comply with applicable laws, venue safety rules, and any health or safety instructions issued by the Organiser.
10.9 Participants are responsible for their personal items. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings, except where required by law.
11. MEDIA, PUBLICITY, AND IMAGE RIGHTS
11.1 By registering for or attending the Event, Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, interviewed, or otherwise captured during the Event.
11.2 Participants grant the Organiser, sponsors, partners, media partners, venue partners, production vendors, and authorised representatives a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use their name, image, likeness, voice, gameplay footage, interview, photographs, audio, video, race results, leaderboard position, and Event-related content for:
(a) event coverage;
(b) livestream;
(c) broadcast;
(d) social media;
(e) advertising;
(f) sponsor deliverables;
(g) public relations;
(h) archival use;
(i) promotional materials;
(j) future UNLEASHED and Cove Circuit campaigns.
11.3 Participants acknowledge that no additional payment, approval, review, or consent is required for such use.
11.4 The Organiser may edit, crop, adapt, caption, publish, reproduce, and distribute Event content, provided such use is not intentionally misleading or defamatory.
11.5 Participants must not use sponsor logos, official Event marks, or Organiser intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
11.6 Participants may not livestream, commercially exploit, or publish behind-the-scenes, technical, restricted, staff-only, or confidential Event areas without approval.
12. PERSONAL DATA
12.1 The Organiser collects and processes personal data for Event registration, eligibility verification, participant management, communications, check-in, leaderboard management, prize administration, safety, compliance, media use, and related purposes.
12.2 Personal data shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, applicable amendments, and the Organiser’s Privacy Notice.
12.3 Participants may contact the Organiser regarding access, correction, or withdrawal requests using the contact details stated in the Privacy Notice.
12.4 Withdrawal of consent may affect the Participant’s ability to participate in the Event if the relevant data is required for eligibility, operation, safety, media, compliance, results, or prize administration purposes.
13. PRIZES
13.1 The total cash prize pool for UNLEASHED 2026 is RM30,000.
13.2 Prize allocation:

13.3 Prize winners must satisfy all eligibility, verification, tax, payment, banking, compliance, documentation, and attendance requirements.
13.4 The Organiser may withhold, delay, substitute, or forfeit prizes if a winner:
(a) is ineligible;
(b) cannot be contacted;
(c) fails verification;
(d) provides false information;
(e) breaches this Policy;
(f) breaches the Competition Rulebook;
(g) is disqualified;
(h) fails to submit required payment or identification documents;
(i) acts in a manner that harms the Event, Organiser, sponsors, or partners;
(j) is found to be a Previous Category Champion who was not eligible to participate.
13.5 Prizes are not transferable unless approved by the Organiser.
13.6 The Organiser may be required to collect additional personal data for prize payment and administration.
13.7 The Organiser may deduct or withhold any amount if required by applicable law, tax rules, bank requirements, payment provider rules, or government direction.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser, sponsors, partners, venue owners, suppliers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, disruption, technical issue, equipment failure, internet issue, game software issue, data loss, travel cost, accommodation cost, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, disappointment, or other expense arising from participation in or attendance at the Event, except where caused by proven negligence or wilful misconduct.
14.2 Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
14.3 Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, meals, belongings, personal equipment, and personal arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organiser.
14.4 The Organiser does not guarantee that any Participant will qualify, receive a minimum number of laps, achieve a particular result, avoid technical issues, or receive a replacement session.
14.5 The Organiser’s maximum liability to any Participant, where liability may lawfully be limited, shall be limited to the registration fee paid by that Participant for the affected session, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
15. CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, AND FORCE MAJEURE
15.1 The Organiser may cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend, or shorten the Event or any part of it due to:
(a) technical issues;
(b) venue issues;
(c) safety concerns;
(d) government direction;
(e) weather;
(f) public health issues;
(g) power failure;
(h) network failure;
(i) equipment failure;
(j) force majeure;
(k) sponsor or operational requirements;
(l) game update or platform issue;
(m) circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
15.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, loss of opportunity, loss of income, or other costs incurred by Participants as a result of any modification, cancellation, postponement, relocation, or rescheduling.
15.3 Refunds, if any, shall be determined by the Organiser in accordance with applicable law, payment platform rules, and the circumstances of the case.
15.4 The Organiser may replace, modify, or amend any format, car, track, setting, schedule, venue, prize delivery process, or operational process where required for fairness, safety, compliance, technical integrity, or event delivery.
16. DISPUTES
16.1 Event-related disputes must first be raised with Race Control or the Organiser.
16.2 Sporting disputes shall be handled under the Competition Rulebook.
16.3 Administrative, eligibility, conduct, registration, payment, safety, or legal disputes shall be handled under this Policy.
16.4 The Organiser’s decision is final and binding on all Event matters, subject to any rights available under Malaysian law.
16.5 Participants may not disrupt the Event, delay sessions, harass officials, threaten staff, or refuse to comply with instructions while a dispute is being reviewed.
16.6 This Policy shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over disputes not resolved through Event procedures.
17. AMENDMENTS
17.1 The Organiser may amend this Policy at any time.
17.2 Material amendments may be announced through the official website, email, WhatsApp group, Instagram, or any other official communication channel.
17.3 Continued registration, attendance, or participation after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
18. ACCEPTANCE
18.1 By registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, the Competition Rulebook, the Privacy Notice, the Media Release terms, and any official instructions issued by the Organiser.
18.2 Participants who do not agree must not register for or participate in the Event.

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This Competition Rulebook / Sporting Regulations (“Rulebook”) governs the sporting, racing, scoring, stewarding, session, and competition procedures of the UNLEASHED Youth Simracing Championship 2026.
1.2 All Participants must comply with this Rulebook, the Participant Terms & Event Policy, Privacy Notice / PDPA Notice, Media Release terms, official bulletins, Race Control instructions, and any directions issued by the Organiser.
1.3 Participation in any official session constitutes acceptance of this Rulebook.
1.4 The Organiser may issue amendments, clarifications, race bulletins, stewarding notes, or operational directions at any time.
1.5 Race Control has final authority over sporting interpretation, incident decisions, timing, results, race operations, penalties, and grid procedures.
2. CHAMPIONSHIP CATEGORIES AND ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Championship consists of two categories:
(a) Male Youth;
(b) Female Youth.
2.2 Each category shall have a separate qualifier leaderboard, semi-final classification, grand final classification, and prize allocation.
2.3 Participants may only compete in the category for which they are eligible and registered.
2.4 Previous UNLEASHED category champions are not eligible to compete again in future seasons of UNLEASHED, unless the Organiser expressly decides otherwise in writing.
2.5 For UNLEASHED 2026, the following previous category champions are not eligible to participate:
(a) DHANESH WIGNESWARAN, UNLEASHED 2025 Male Youth Champion;
(b) NUR AQILAH NAJWA, UNLEASHED 2025 Female Youth Champion.
2.6 Any lap time, result, ranking, advancement, or prize achieved by an ineligible Previous Category Champion may be voided by Race Control or the Organiser.
2.7 If an ineligible Previous Category Champion enters, competes, or attempts to compete, the Organiser may cancel the registration, remove the Participant from results, invite the next eligible Participant, and take any other action necessary to protect the integrity of the Championship.
3. CHAMPIONSHIP STRUCTURE
3.1 The Championship consists of:
(a) Official Qualifiers;
(b) Championship Weekend;
(c) Semi-Finals;
(d) Grand Final.
3.2 The Top 20 eligible Participants from each category shall advance from the Official Qualifiers to the Championship Weekend, subject to eligibility verification and compliance with all rules.
3.3 Each race during the Semi-Finals and Grand Final shall have 10 drivers only, unless otherwise stated by Race Control.
3.4 The Top 20 Participants per category shall be seeded into two groups of 10 drivers for the Semi-Finals.
3.5 Unless Race Control announces a different method by official bulletin, Semi-Final groups shall be seeded using the following balanced seeding method:
Group A:
Qualifier Rank 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 12, 13, 16, 17, 20
Group B:
Qualifier Rank 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19

​The purpose of this allocation method is to avoid placing too many top-ranked qualifiers in the same Semi-Final group and to maintain competitive balance across both groups.
3.6 The Organiser may adjust group allocation where required for fairness, attendance, withdrawals, disqualifications, technical requirements, operational requirements, or other valid reasons.
3.7 The Organiser may modify the number of advancing Participants if required due to capacity, eligibility, disqualification, withdrawal, no-show, technical issue, or operational requirement.

4.2 Each qualifier day shall run from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a break and reset period from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
4.3 Each Participant may register for up to two (2) Official Qualifier Sessions only.
5. QUALIFIER SESSION CAPACITY
5.1 Each Official Qualifier Session has a total planned capacity of 16 Participants.
5.2 Planned category allocation per session:
(a) Male Youth: 12 seats;
(b) Female Youth: 4 seats.
5.3 Across 32 Official Qualifier Sessions, planned total capacity is:
(a) Male Youth: 384 official attempt slots;
(b) Female Youth: 128 official attempt slots;
(c) Total: 512 official attempt slots.
5.4 The Organiser may adjust category allocation, ticket availability, session capacity, or session release phases based on registration demand, operational requirements, technical capacity, female participation targets, partner allocations, waitlist requirements, or other valid reasons.
6. OFFICIAL QUALIFIER FORMAT
6.1 The Official Qualifiers shall use a time-attack format.
6.2 Each Participant’s fastest valid lap time recorded during an Official Qualifier Session shall be used as their session result.
6.3 If a Participant completes two Official Qualifier Sessions, only their fastest valid lap time across those sessions shall be used for ranking.
6.4 Practice sessions, warm-up sessions, training sessions, normal Cove Circuit gameplay, or any session not designated as an Official Qualifier Session shall not count towards the official leaderboard.
6.5 The official timing source shall be Gran Turismo 7 timing data, as verified by Race Control.
6.6 Race Control may invalidate laps affected by penalties, off-track excursions, wall contact, deliberate manipulation, equipment tampering, incorrect settings, session irregularity, or any other issue affecting sporting integrity.
6.7 Race Control may reject any lap, session, or result that it reasonably determines to be invalid, suspicious, unfair, compromised, or not conducted under official conditions.
6.8 The Organiser may audit registration and participation records at any time to ensure that a Participant has not exceeded the permitted two (2) Official Qualifier Sessions.

7.3 All Official Qualifier Sessions shall use the same official car, track, and settings unless changed by official bulletin.
7.4 If a game update, technical issue, platform issue, lobby limitation, or operational issue affects the settings, Race Control may issue a correction, amendment, restart, re-run, or official bulletin.
8. QUALIFIER TIE-BREAKER
8.1 If two or more Participants record the same fastest valid lap time in the Official Qualifiers, the Participant who set the time earlier shall be ranked higher.
8.2 If the timing order cannot be determined, Race Control may use supporting records, session logs, video evidence, witness statements, file timestamps, system data, or any other reasonable method to determine ranking.
8.3 Race Control’s decision on qualifier tie-breakers is final.
9. ADVANCEMENT TO CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND
9.1 The Top 20 Male Youth Participants and Top 20 Female Youth Participants shall advance to the Championship Weekend.
9.2 Advancement is subject to:
(a) eligibility verification;
(b) original Official ID verification;
(c) previous champion eligibility check;
(d) compliance with this Rulebook;
(e) compliance with the Participant Terms & Event Policy;
(f) absence of disqualification or integrity breach;
(g) availability to attend Championship Weekend.
9.3 If a qualified Participant withdraws, is disqualified, cannot attend, fails verification, is a Previous Category Champion, or is otherwise removed, the Organiser may invite the next eligible Participant in the relevant category.
9.4 The Organiser may require qualified Participants to attend official briefings, media sessions, practice sessions, jersey distribution, sponsor activities, or verification activities before competing in the Championship Weekend.
9.5 Previous UNLEASHED category champions are not eligible to advance to the Championship Weekend, even if they register, participate, or record a qualifying lap time. Any such result may be voided by the Organiser.
10. CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND
10.1 Championship Weekend is currently scheduled as follows:

13.2 Where a specific race setting conflicts with the standard settings, the specific race setting shall prevail.
13.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring their car settings comply with permitted settings. Any unauthorised tuning, part change, setup change, or prohibited modification may result in penalty or disqualification.
14. SEEDED CAR ALLOCATION
14.1 Car selection shall not be conducted by ballot.
14.2 Cars shall be allocated by the Organiser based on ranking position.
14.3 For Semi-Final races, car allocation shall be based on the Participant’s seed within their respective Semi-Final group, derived from qualifier ranking.
14.4 For Grand Final races using seeded car allocation, car allocation shall be based on current Championship Standing or such other ranking method announced by Race Control.
14.5 Where a race uses the same car as a previous race, Participants shall continue with the same assigned car unless Race Control decides otherwise.

14.10 Participants may not demand, swap, trade, refuse, or protest a car allocation unless Race Control expressly permits a change.

16. CHAMPIONSHIP STANDING AND TIE-BREAKERS
16.1 If two or more Participants have the same number of points at any point of the Championship, the Participant with the higher finishing position in the immediately preceding race shall be ranked higher.
16.2 For starting grids based on Championship Standing, if Participants are tied on points, the immediately preceding race finishing position shall determine who is placed higher.
16.3 For Grand Final Race 3, if Championship Standing is used to determine starting order and two or more Participants are tied on points, the higher finishing position in Grand Final Race 2 shall determine who starts ahead.
16.4 For Grand Final Race 4, if Championship Standing is used to determine starting order and two or more Participants are tied on points, the higher finishing position in Grand Final Race 3 shall determine who starts ahead.
16.5 If the immediately preceding race does not resolve the tie, Race Control may use the next most recent race result, then qualifier ranking, then any other reasonable sporting method.
16.6 For Official Qualifiers, if two or more Participants set the same lap time, the Participant who set the time first shall be ranked higher.
16.7 Tie-breaker decisions by Race Control are final.
17. QUALIFYING FOR RACE STARTING GRID
17.1 Where a race uses a qualifying session, the starting grid shall be determined by qualifying results.
17.2 Qualifying duration, tire wear, fuel consumption, and continuation time shall follow the settings stated for the relevant race.
17.3 Participants must not obstruct, block, deliberately slow, interfere with, or compromise another Participant during qualifying.
17.4 Race Control may penalise qualifying misconduct.
17.5 Race Control may invalidate qualifying laps or impose grid penalties where necessary.
18. PIT STOP AND TIRE RULES
18.1 Where a mandatory pit stop applies, Participants must complete the required pit stop during the race.
18.2 Where mandatory tire compounds apply, Participants must use all required compounds in accordance with the race settings and Race Control instructions.
18.3 Failure to complete mandatory pit or tire requirements may result in time penalty, position penalty, disqualification, or any other penalty determined by Race Control.
18.4 The in-game system may not always fully enforce all sporting requirements. Participants remain responsible for complying with the rules.
18.5 Race Control may review pit stop, tire, fuel, and compound compliance after the race.
19. PENALTY SYSTEM AND STEWARDING
19.1 Gran Turismo 7 in-game penalties shall apply where enabled.
19.2 Race Control may review incidents independently of the in-game penalty system.
19.3 Race Control may issue:
(a) warning;
(b) time penalty;
(c) position penalty;
(d) grid penalty;
(e) pit lane penalty;
(f) lap deletion;
(g) session invalidation;
(h) race disqualification;
(i) event disqualification;
(j) prize forfeiture;
(k) ban from future events.
19.4 Race Control may review:
(a) deliberate contact;
(b) avoidable collision;
(c) dangerous driving;
(d) blocking;
(e) track limit abuse;
(f) pit lane violations;
(g) false start issues;
(h) shortcutting;
(i) unsporting conduct;
(j) manipulation of settings;
(k) equipment tampering;
(l) failure to follow instructions;
(m) public misconduct affecting the Event.
19.5 Car Collision Penalty and Wall Collision Penalty may be set to Off in-game, but incidents remain subject to Race Control moderation.
19.6 Race Control decisions are final unless Race Control expressly permits review.
19.7 Participants may not argue, harass, threaten, delay, obstruct, or pressure Race Control, staff, marshals, or officials.
20. RESTARTS, TECHNICAL ISSUES, AND EQUIPMENT FAILURE
20.1 The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to provide working Equipment and stable race conditions.
20.2 No Participant is guaranteed a restart, re-run, compensation, refund, or replacement session due to equipment failure, network issue, game issue, power issue, controller issue, force feedback issue, display issue, audio issue, input issue, or other technical disruption.
20.3 Race Control may order a restart, re-run, session extension, replacement session, or other remedy only where Race Control determines that it is fair, practical, and necessary.
20.4 If a technical issue affects only one Participant, the session or race may continue.
20.5 If a technical issue materially affects the integrity of the session or race, Race Control may suspend, restart, reschedule, or invalidate the session or race.
20.6 Participants must immediately report technical issues to Race Control or marshals. Failure to report promptly may affect any remedy.
20.7 A Participant who continues driving after a reported issue may be deemed to have accepted the condition of the Equipment unless Race Control decides otherwise.
21. BRIEFINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS
21.1 Participants must attend mandatory briefings when required.
21.2 Official communications may be issued through:
(a) official website;
(b) registration email;
(c) WhatsApp group;
(d) Instagram;
(e) briefing announcements;
(f) official bulletins;
(g) direct communication from the Organiser.
21.3 Participants are responsible for checking official communication channels.
21.4 Failure to receive or read communications shall not excuse non-compliance.
22. CONDUCT DURING RACES
22.1 Participants must drive fairly and avoid deliberate contact.
22.2 Participants must not intentionally block, brake-check, force another driver off track, exploit game mechanics, or act in a manner contrary to sporting fairness.
22.3 Participants must leave racing room where required and must respect racing etiquette.
22.4 Aggressive driving may be penalised even if no in-game penalty is issued.
22.5 Participants must comply with stewarding decisions, instructions, restarts, or race-control calls.
22.6 Participants must not intentionally exploit wall-riding, ghosting behaviour, pit entry, pit exit, penalty zones, track limits, or any game mechanic in a manner Race Control considers unfair.
23. RESULTS
23.1 Provisional results may be announced after each session or race.
23.2 Results become official once confirmed by Race Control.
23.3 Race Control may revise results if errors, penalties, eligibility issues, technical issues, rule breaches, or integrity concerns are discovered.
23.4 Leaderboards may be published on official UNLEASHED or Cove Circuit channels.
23.5 Participants accept that published results may include name, category, ranking, lap time, points, and race outcome.
24. PROTESTS AND REVIEWS
24.1 The Organiser may operate a no-protest system for Official Qualifier Sessions.
24.2 For Semi-Finals and Grand Final, Race Control may accept limited review requests at its discretion.
24.3 Any review request must be submitted within the time period and method stated by Race Control.
24.4 Abuse of the review process may result in penalty.
24.5 Race Control’s final decision is binding.
24.6 Participants may not delay the competition, refuse to continue, disrupt operations, or pressure officials while a review is pending.
25. PRIZES
25.1 Prize pool:

26. AMENDMENTS
26.1 The Organiser may amend this Rulebook at any time.
26.2 Amendments may be issued through official bulletins, website updates, emails, WhatsApp, social media, or briefing announcements.
26.3 Continued participation after amendment constitutes acceptance.
27. FINAL AUTHORITY
27.1 Race Control has final authority on all sporting, timing, penalty, race conduct, grid, tie-breaker, results, and stewarding matters.
27.2 The Organiser has final authority on all administrative, operational, eligibility, safety, payment, legal, media, data, and event matters.

(c) sponsors and partners, where necessary for Event-related purposes;

5.2 We may publish limited personal data such as Participant name, category, lap time, ranking, points, race results, photographs, videos, and Event content on official leaderboards, social media, websites, press releases, livestreams, media reports, sponsor reports, and promotional materials.
5.3 Previous champion names may be used for eligibility enforcement, public record, historical reference, and Event integrity purposes.
6. MEDIA AND PUBLICITY DATA
6.1 The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, and published.
6.2 Your image, likeness, voice, name, gameplay footage, interview, and Event participation may be used for Event coverage, publicity, sponsor deliverables, social media, archival use, and future promotional purposes.
6.3 If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you should not register for or attend areas where official media capture is taking place, as media capture is integral to the Event.
6.4 The Organiser may retain and continue using Event media after the Event for historical, promotional, sponsor, archival, and marketing purposes.
7. DATA SECURITY
7.1 We will take reasonable security measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
7.2 Access to personal data will be limited to authorised persons who require access for Event-related purposes.
7.3 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. DATA RETENTION
8.1 Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, including Event operations, legal, accounting, audit, compliance, dispute, and archival purposes.
8.2 Event results, leaderboards, photographs, videos, livestream recordings, promotional materials, previous champion records, and historical results may be retained and used for archival, historical, promotional, eligibility verification, and sponsor-related purposes.
8.3 Records relating to disputes, disqualifications, cheating, misconduct, prize administration, safety, or legal issues may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary.
9. ACCESS AND CORRECTION
9.1 You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting the Organiser.
9.2 We may require verification of identity before processing any access or correction request.

10. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

10.2 Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to participate in the Event if the relevant data is necessary for registration, eligibility verification, previous champion checks, race operations, safety, media, compliance, results management, or prize administration.
10.3 Withdrawal of consent shall not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal.
10.4 Withdrawal of media consent may not require the Organiser to remove materials already published, distributed, archived, or delivered to sponsors or media partners before the withdrawal request, unless required by law.
10.5 Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the Organiser’s right to retain records reasonably required for legal, compliance, safety, dispute, eligibility, historical results, previous champion verification, or fraud-prevention purposes.
11. ACCURACY OF PERSONAL DATA
11.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all personal data submitted to the Organiser is accurate, complete, and up to date.
11.2 False, incomplete, or misleading data may result in cancellation, disqualification, prize forfeiture, refusal of participation, or other action by the Organiser.
11.3 Participants must not submit false information to avoid previous champion checks, age checks, identity checks, duplicate registration checks, or category checks.
